You’ll simply feel it.
It has nothing to do with how long you’ve been in business. It might come in your first months or years later. Often you will feel  restlessness, an intuition that your brand no longer reflects who you are, or like something essential is missing. Professional branding isn’t about starting over, it’s about coming into alignment with your business as it exists now, where your brand finally reflects your heart, your ambition, and attracts the clients who are truly meant for you.

Yes, especially if you’ve grown since then. Brands evolve as their creators do.
If your current identity feels too small for the person or business you’ve become, it’s a sign you’re ready for an upgrade. Even if you worked with another designer in the past, we can opt for a rebrand, instead of starting from scratch. Sometimes what's needed is alignment, not reinvention.

That's totally okay. I would even say that's completely normal. If you feel like you have no clue what you are doing, or things don't make sense, then I recommend you go for the Strategy + Branding  (the Elixir) Package. It begins with creating a brand strategy for your business. Such as discovering your brand's mission, vision, purpose, core values, analysing target audience & generating target personas, analysing your competitors, defining brand positioning, brand archetype, brand voice & expression and more. Through guided strategy sessions, I help you uncover what’s essential, what’s noise, and what’s waiting to be expressed. So you don't need a full plan, just willingness to explore.
